Dr. Deborah Hardy

Dr. Hardy is the driving force behind the business. With her extensive background in counseling and education, she founded her own practice to support local students. She began her career as a multilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) school counselor in a diverse Westchester County, NY district. She later served as Coordinator and Director of a K-12 School Counseling Service. As an educational consultant, Dr. Hardy is dedicated to helping students navigate their post-secondary journeys.

Sandra Celafoni Henderson

Sandra Cefaloni-Henderson graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a B.A. in English and dual certification in Elementary and Special Education. She continued her education, earning an M.S. in Literacy Education in 2009. Sandra then spent nine years in higher education, taking on various leadership roles within the Division of Student Affairs, most recently serving as Dean of Campus Life.

Now an educational consultant, Sandra supports students and their families with college counseling, academic planning, and career coaching. She is a member of the Independent Educational Counseling Association (IECA) and the NYS Association of College Admissions Counselors.

Sandra is passionate about facilitating student development during their journeys of self-exploration and growth. She believes that learning happens beyond the classroom, and it’s essential to create experiences that nurture both academic and interpersonal development in students.

 

Lindsay Omin

Lindsay Omin began her career as an elementary and middle school teacher in Washington DC and Fairfax County Virginia. Ten years into her career Lindsay relocated to Westchester County New York. During this transition she continued to teach in the Bronx while pursuing a School Counseling Degree at Lehman College. Today Lindsay is an Educational Consultant supporting and guiding students and their parents through the college planning and application process. Lindsay firmly believes that each student’s path is unique and every student has their special story to tell. She is a member of the Independent Educational Counseling Association (IECA)
